I'm still on the down slope... that was 4 pounds in the last week! I don't think that I can (... or really want to...) keep this pace. But honestly, I haven't really been consciously doing anything to accomplish this. They talk about the Freshman 15 of your undergrad years... are you really supposed to lose 20 pounds when you start grad school (... or a new job... or have a baby... or babies, as it were...).
Therein, of course, lies the rub... I simply haven't had that much time to eat, I guess... I dunno!

Thanks for the props Pokey... Honestly, I've been amazed at it all! I didn't feel terrible before... but I feel better now, and it really makes me wonder where I can go with this. Back when I played college basketball, I was at the 250 range... on the high end. I'd love to be able to get back down there, but my goal right now is to get under 300... and then to see about 275!
